Antiaging
There are a number of things we can do to counter the
aging process. Before
we expand on each of these antiaging methodologies,
it is important to understand how
the body functions at the cellular level, and how
the consequences of these functional processes contribute
to aging. This gives us a good basis to then understand
how each of the antiaging methods contributes to the
overall antiaging program
Total Wellness
Whilst antiaging
products and antiaging
treatments can be used in isolation to treat specific
areas or parts of the body, a total
wellness approach to daily life is a fantastic and
logical place to start, and is affordable by all. To
be truly effective, wellness must be approached in an
holistic manner to treat and maintain the best health
in four key areas:

This section deals with body management at the most
fundamental level, the cell.
Antiaging Methodologies
The key to antiaging is to optimize
cellular health to prevent degenerative changes
causing chronic age-related
conditions.
The main antiaging methodologies used based on body
management include:
- Detoxification
- The first step in improving cellular health
is ridding the cell of harmful toxins. By doing this,
we allow the cell to function in a healthy manner;
with nutrients able to enter the cell, and toxic waste
products removed from the cell. This is best achieved
by using antioxidant
supplements.
- Optimal Cell Nutrition
- Once the level of toxins are reduced to
a minimum, the cell is well positioned to better absorb
cell nutritents.
- Hormone Supplementation
- With those substances that have shown the
highest degree of results and the highest degree of
safety. Start with Growth
Hormone supplementation at the very least and
good vitamin, amino, and mineral supplements.
- Caloric
Fasting - Whilst most of the antiaging
measures serve to extend life expectancy, they do
not significantly contribute to extending the life
span. The only proven measure to extending the life
span is caloric
restriction.
