IDEAL BODY WEIGHT

 

Body Weight

I don't particularly care for weight as a primary measure in any fitness program, however, it does provide a ready guide as to whether your weight falls within an acceptable range for your height.

To calculate ideal wellness and antiaging body weights, use the formula below:
