EXPLOSIVE POWER TEST

 

Muscle Explosive Power

Explosive Power measures the strength of the quick firing muscles. This is a different different type of muscle strength measured by muscular endurance tests. For more on the different muscle types.

Burst Test

  1. Place your feet close to a wall, with your hand stretched up.
  2. Mark the wall at the fingertip level.
  3. Squat down then jump up and mark the wall again at your highest point, then measure the two marks.
  4. Check your burst fitness using the charts below.
