LOWER BODY STRENGTH

 

Leg Strength

A simple test of leg strength is using the squat position held against the wall.

Wall Squat

  1. Stand with your back flat against the wall, feet out from the wall.
  2. Squat until your thighs are perpendicular to the floor. Adjust your feet out from the wall to make a right angle.
  3. Hold for up to one minute
  4. Check your score against the table below.
