Healing the Body
We all know that stress is bad for the health, but
did you also realise it also contributes to faster aging.
Not only does stress accelerate the production on free
radicals, but it also impacts hormonal balance and other
chemicals in the body.
Many of us find it difficult to forgive transgressions
against us but learning to let go of damaging baggage
is an important part of the antiaging program.
Healing of the body is an holistic attitude to making
peace with your past and actively striving to make the
best of every day. We all have baggage from our past,
but we also all have the ability to take total responsibility
for our lives, today and tomorrow.
Emotional stresses take considerable toll on the body,
so until we can rid ourselves or negative emotions,
we cannot heal the body to a state where we can benefit
from optimising antiaging measures.

- Let go of relationships that didn’t work
out
- Let go of past injustices against you
- Make a commitments to move forward with each day

- Adopt an attitude of maximising every physical

- Plan a passionate pathway forward with written
goals and action plans
- If you cant love everyone, at least accept their
right to exist the way they chose
- Rid yourself of negative friends, work colleagues,
environments and habit.
