Skin supplements can be vitamin supplement or a number of beneficial anti-aging herbs. The most beneficial skin supplements help the body fight off free radicals. Typcial antioxidant supplements include:

  • Alpha lipoic acid [ALA]
  • Acetyl –L-carnitine
  • DMAE
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin E
  • N-acetyl cysteine
  • Biotin

Take at least, a daily multiple vitamin.
